Finally the long-awaited day has arrived. 13 years ago, the World Bread Day was launched by the International Union of Bakers and Confectioners with the main goal of sharing this day with professionals and people who love bread.
Today we share anecdotes and history; bread's past, present and future and, not to dismiss, about innovation in formulation and bread making.
We want to highlight bread, which has travelled around the world, crossing the ocean to reach to our beloved country called Argentina.
We want to highlight the incredible sponginess and elasticity of our bread.
We propose you a challenge: grab a loaf of our bread, make a fist with it and then, leave it. Can you see that it returns to its inicial form? It is incredible, isn't it?
We have achieved this formula thanks to years of experience and innovation and development, and we are looking forward to improve it year after year towards our continuous improvement.
